1. Galvanized steel plate is widely used in various environments and has a long anti-corrosion life. The anti-corrosion life is different in different environments.

3. Durable. In suburban environment, the standard galvanized antirust coating does not need to be repaired and can be maintained for more than 50 years. In urban or offshore areas, the standard galvanized antirust coating can be maintained for 20 years without repair.
4. Good reliability. The zinc coating and steel are metallurgically combined and become a part of the rigid surface, so the durability of the coating is relatively reliable.
Characteristic machining technology
1. The cold and hot rolled steel plate is degreased by alkali washing, washed by water, dried, and then enters the horizontal (vertical) heating furnace heated by radiant tube for annealing. A certain amount of hydrogen is introduced into the furnace to reduce the atmosphere in the early layer of the furnace.
2. The steel strip heated to a certain temperature is immersed in the liquid zinc under certain conditions for hot galvanizing.
3. While the size of the zinc flower is controlled by the composition of liquid zinc, the forced cooling method is adopted. Before the zinc flower begins to diffuse, the small zinc flower products are quenched with the small zinc flower equipment to prevent the continuous diffusion of the zinc liquid and form small zinc flowers.
4. After hot-dip galvanizing, the waiting post is cooled, the surface is polished, and finally the surface is passivated or directly produced into color coated coil according to the purpose
